We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Systems Administrator
In this role, you will:
This is a hands on technical grid support role, joining our global support team based in Pune. The team provides 24×7 level 1, level 2 and level 3 support to our enterprise customers primarily in UK, Paris, Hong Kong and the USA as well as owning grid administration and project delivery. The team works closely with engineering staff and aims towards team members cross skilling across functions and regions to increase their skills and as well as exposure to global client developers and support teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Experience working with computing solutions (e.g. Data Synapse Grid)
Experience in Windows Systems
Experience in Linux based systems
Knowledge on Cloud Platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
Exposure to Java applications
Active Directory Access Control and Management
Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Visio
Experience working with DevOps tools like JIRA, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Confluence, OneNote, SharePoint
Working knowledge of SQL (SQL Developer, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Data Tools)
Use of Log analysis tools (e.g. Splunk, Elastic search / Logstash / Kibana)
Exposure to automated configuration management tools e.g. Puppet, Chef
Exposure to Scheduling and Automation tools like BMC Control-M
Experience with enterprise monitoring and alerting solutions
PowerShell scripting / Java development
Experience using service management ticketing and workflow tools such as CA Service Desk Manager/Service Now
