We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:
Engage with other HSBC partner applications to

Define/Document and agree scope of requirements

Plan projects with agreed dates and milestones

Ensure testing is completed thoroughly and timely for all mandatory GMG requirements

Provide support to the connecting partner testing in e2e Testing.

Plan and support go live for new projects

Support any post go-live issues report with investigation and resolution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Must have good knowledge of SWIFT messaging

Flexible attitude to work hours, should be able to plan and provide support outside normal India &s UK office hours & occasionally during Weekends if required.

Work with other internal HSBC teams to determine and document test cases to be executed as part of testing phases/cycles

Work with the teams and agree on test plan/schedule including ops/business reps who would be involved in the UAT testing and go live activities.

Monitor any defects raised during testing phases/cycles as they will be recorded/tracked within system where the defect was found.

Should have clear and good communications skill, be able to work independently where required.
