Job Description
-Role: IT SALES ASSOCIATE (NIGHT SHIFT)
-Experience Required: 0-3 years in IT Software services/Solution sales
-Availability: Must be able to join in Max 15 Days
-Working days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturday are off)
-CTC: 1.8LPA
Roles and Responsibility:
-Developing Leads and converting them to customers,
-Conducting demos, Improving sales strategy, sales pitches etc,
-Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, improving
salesstrategy
-Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
-Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation,
andinputs from various sources
-Conduct research to identify new markets and customers needs.
-Presentation of our company to potential customers.
-Building long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
-Proactive search for new business opportunities in the market.
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
-Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
-Take a lead role in the developments of proposals and presentations for new business materials to
create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
-Must have 0-3yrs experiences in the industry and at least 1yrs of sales experience cloud
services-exp/crm solution, cloud services or fin tech enterprises
-Bachelor’s degree in business or management
-Identify trends and customers needs, building a short/medium/ long-term sales targets
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Working experience with sales techniques.
-Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
-Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
