Huntsman Looking for Team Lead – IT Internal Auditor at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Job Description :
The Role:
Huntsman Corporate Internal Audit team (IA) is based in Petaling Jaya (Malaysia), Everberg (Belgium), Mumbai (India) and in The Woodlands, Houston (United States). Being part of the Corporate Internal Audit team, you will lead and perform various IT SOX / IT Security / IT Internal Audit reviews, globally.

Responsibilities:
Lead the audit team and oversee the audit execution.

Communicate and report preliminary audit findings to the IA Sr Manager and IA Vice President.

Perform information control reviews to include system development standards, operating procedures, system security, programming controls, communication controls, backup and disaster recovery and system maintenance and determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal procedures and controls.

Executing IT audits to assess the design and effectiveness of controls.

Prepare audit findings and working papers to ensure that adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusions.

Prepare and present written audit reports and other technical information in a pertinent, concise, and accurate manner for distribution to management.

Evaluate compliance with corporate policies & procedures, laws and regulations mainly the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Develop understanding of technology and security-related risks, processes, and controls. Provide consultative advice and recommendations to business areas to improve processes and controls, and to address risks.

Participate in other value-added Internal Audit initiatives.

Assist other audit staff in the use of computerized audit techniques, and in developing methods for review and analysis of computerized information systems.

Follow up on audit findings to ensure that management has taken corrective action(s).

Special Features:
This position is based in Mumbai, India.

Requires up to 30% of travelling, globally. (post pandemic)

Requirements:
Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.

7-10 years of Information Security, Internal/External Audit, or relevant IT audit experience.

At least 3 years of experience in a team management function is a must.

Strong understanding and knowledge of business risks related to IT system general controls, systems / applications development, change management, logical access security, network, contingency and recovery.

Strong risk, internal controls, and IT controls awareness. Knowledge in IT audits, including planning (preparation of risk and controls matrix, test plan and list of requests), execution of walkthroughs and effectiveness tests.

Knowledge of technology controls frameworks such as COSO, COBIT and/or NIST.

Ability to understand process flows, challenge the set up and identify weaknesses.

Technical knowledge in areas such as Windows and UNIX environments, network security, SQL and ORACLE dB environments, Cyber Security and Cloud computing.

Self-motivated and the ability to work pro-actively alone or as part of team.

The ability to multi-task with little supervision, deal with competing priorities, and agility to work within a fast paced, ever changing business and risk landscape.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. The ability to tailor your approach to deliver clear, powerful, and succinct messages to stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and persuasive skills and ability to communicate to all levels of Management.

Professional certification (such as CISSP, CCNA, CISA or CISM) would be preferred.

Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements is a plus.

Knowledge in broad based functional and technical knowledge of data in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD or PM) is an added advantage.
