JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Network troubleshooting
● Installation of OS, firmware, drivers, etc.
● Managing Storage devices
● Configuration and Administration of Servers
● Managing Peripherals and Devices
● System Networking Tasks
● Software License &; Asset Management
● Daily monitoring and troubleshooting
● Escalations Handling
● Documenting all activities
● Monitoring the Helpdesk
KEY SKILLS:
● Good Communication skills.
● Excellent organizational skills
● Knowledge in Google workspace, GCP
● Sound knowledge in Windows, Networking & Linux.
● Apache, Nginx, SSL certificate installation
● Networking & troubleshooting of Windows, Mac & Linux
● Sound Knowledge in AWS, Cloud technology.
● Analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Understanding of complex information and requirements.
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years experience
