RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prioritize requirements from various clients 2. Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all clients 3. Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals 4. Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change 5. Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications. 6. Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan. 7. Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team. 8. Interviewing personnel and conducting onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed 9. Finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions that many include new systems, procedures, or personnel changes 10. Help design, document and maintain system processes Basic
Qualifications
1. Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2. Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred 3. Two or more years of business analysis experience 4. Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization 5. Experience working with business processes and re-engineering 6. Experience working with computer programming concepts and basic language
