Location: KOLKATA, West Bengal

Qualification: B.com/BBA/BA/Btech (Pursuing can apply).

Work Experience: 0-1 Year / Fresher

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with HR department to identify future job openings for technical requirements.

• Drafting job description and posting the same on different hiring websites.

• Screening applicants and their resume in order to check their competency and eligibility as per company’s requirements.

• Arranging telephonic, virtual, or in-person interviews.

• Scrutinize background, references and credibility of the applicant.

• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the HR manager.

• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

• Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and taking necessary steps with reference to the HR department.

• Strong understanding of technical Skills and requirements.

• Maintaining contact with candidates to keep apprised of the status of the applicants.

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

***NOTE: It’s a night shift job. ***

Basic pay and other allowance:

• Basic salary: 13,000-14,000 Per Month (Fixed)

• Commuter / Traveling allowance: 1,150 Per Month

• Incentives: Based on your performance. (separate)

Qualification:

• Great English communication skill.

Duty hours and Shift:

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹11,000.00 – ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
