We are looking for a skilled support engineer to undertake tasks of network development and maintenance.
Organized, ability to work independent and within a team to achieve given objective.
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situation, good organizational skills.

Bachelor s/ master’s degree in business informatics.
3-5 years of total experience
Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
Good Background in network security management.
Good knowledge in VPN technologies and security protocols.
Knowledge of check point & firewalls.
Good understanding and technical expertise with Port Opening / Firewall & routing protocols
Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
To understand implement, troubleshoot, maintain and support our stake holder network infrastructure
Evaluate network performance and find way of improvement.
Good Knowledge of LAN /WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and networks technologies
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenances without deterring others from completing their own work.
Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instructions
Drive incident root cause analysis, document, follow up and track remedial/ preventive actions.
Be part of service improvement initiative and contribute through implementation of new ideas
Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
