Role/ Job Title:Senior Business Analyst

Function/ Department:Information Technology

Job Purpose:

The role entails the responsibility of handling/driving end-to-end Projects & making it live as part of CBS-Asset Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good Core Banking-Assets and Surrounding Banking application / Integration knowledge.
• Core Banking experience (Finacle or Flexcube) on Asset profile will be an added advantage.
• Independently able to execute assigned critical projects.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to drive liability set of projects.
• Creates, manages, and distributes project communications, including charters, schedules.
• Monitors and reports on project’s progress and performance, and delays if any.
• Develop project controls and risk management procedures, early warning for delays, if any.
• Resolves technical and operational issues.
• Should be familiar with testing tools and approaches.

Education Qualification (Fulltime):

Graduation:Bachelor of Technology – B.Tech, Bachelor of Computer Applications – BCA, Bachelor of Engineering – BE, Bachelor of Science – B.Sc

Post-graduation: Master of Technology – M.Tech, Master of Computer Applications – MCA, Master of Business Administration – MBA, Master of Science – M.Sc

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Core Banking System with Assets domain (Finacle or Flexcube on Asset profile will be an added advantage.
• Should be well versed in project management, banking concepts and development lifecycle.
• Should be good at BRD writing and Gap Analysis.
• Should have good knowledge of Quality Testing.
