• Sourcing and Recruiting with understanding of ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri and other Job portals
• Good Analytical skill ( problem solving, critical thinking, Research, Data collection)
• Strong personality skills like dependability, adaptability, self motivated and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn, leadership skill, teamwork, management and Organisational skills
• Building strong relationships with clients is a needed one.
