• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in information security field.
• Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
• Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.
• Perform RCA and come up with CAPA for any Customer reported incidents
• Work with Customer to enhance and provide improvements on their IT systems
• Be part the Corp ERM team and support the Risk Manager with all IT Security related requirements.
• Perform regular security audits to ensure security practices are compliant
• Check endpoint detection and prevention tools to thwart malicious hacks
• Check and review Audit patch management systems
• Ability to check and Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud
• Work with IT operations to set up a shared disaster recovery/business continuity plan
• Work with HR and/or team leads to educate employees on how to identify suspicious activity
• Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
• Work with the Customer and security teams to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
• Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
• Develop company-wide best practices for IT security.
• Assist in penetration testing.
• Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.
• Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
