• Ability to partner with IT and Business stakeholders on current and future initiatives.
• Deep technical knowledge and understanding of ERP, reporting, integration, and supporting systems
• Strong technical skills in installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, system copies, performance tuning, applying patches, backups, and restores.
• Develop and maintain third-party interfaces and connections including Finance, Sales, and Marketing systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of Website Security and concepts.
• Ability to manage third-party vendors and contracts.
• Strong customer service skills and written and verbal skills.
• Ability to properly document data flows & system architectures.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to build and lead a team.
