Job description
As a Technical Support Engineer you are responsible for Research and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration and Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Bachelor degree or Diploma. With 3 to 5 Yrs Exp, and Two Wheeler Licence Must.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
