What will you be doing?
Asset management & forecasting: Understand business needs and maintain laptop inventory records accordingly. Also, assess assets on a regular basis to ensure that they continue to meet necessary demands.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate the needs of all remote inFolks, vendors and contractors with least possible TAT
Vendor Management: Deal with all IT & admin vendors for laptops, repairs, gift hampers, prints, medals/trophies etc.
Ensure data security: Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means. Also, General tools management such as VPN, Kandji and others.
Support: Resolving all issues inFolks have with their laptops and software. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
Analyse & Ideate: Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department

What skills do you need?
Qualification: Degree in Technology, Engineering or Computer Science
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of total work experience
Critical Skills: Excellent communication, forecasting & vendor management
Bonus Points: If you have prior experience handling/repairing MacBooks & interest to deliver a ‘wow’ employee experience
Hands-on experience with Google sheets.
Managed vendors & deliveries within stringent timelines.
