We are looking for a System Administrator Intern to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, software deployments hardware and networks.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Required Knowledge

• Basic Knowledge on Windows Administration. (Installation and troubleshooting, System and File Backups).
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Basic understanding of networking.
• AWS Cloud understanding is added advantage.
• PowerShell, Batch and Shell Scripting (non-Mandatory).

Job Responsibility

• Installing and Maintaining operating systems for Laptops.
• Performing deployment and maintenance of Virtual Machines.
• Remote administration and installation of application to laptops.
• Monitor and Perform various backup operations. End to End ownership of team requests, proactively solving problems before they have a business impact.
• Performing process automation for various IT Infrastructure related queries.
• Installation and configurations of application servers/DBs – e.g. primary Microsoft IIS Servers, MS SQL servers, MySQL Server, SSH Server, SSH Tunneling, VPN Configuration.
