Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The ID’s responsibilities include: . Creating Instructional Design documents and Storyboards . SME communication and content gathering . Ensure the developer meets the delivery requirements as per the storyboard . Manage course development projects and estimate the development requirement for a course . Manage scope of work . Ensure quality expectations are met . Use the right tools to execute the tasks . Feedback / Fault Reports are compiled and rectified accordingly . Communication & Reporting on status and progress
Technical and Professional Requirements:
. 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development . Exposure to ID models and theories, like ADDIE, GAGNE’s, BLOOM’s, etc . ID skills for various mode of learning delivery, like WBTs, ILTs, video based learning etc. . Experience in handling a team of Instructional designers will be an added advantage . Good command over the English language with good written and verbal communication skills . Managing the complete life cycle of the project . Sharing the requisite inputs with the team . Good knowledge of authoring tools such as Captivate, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, etc. . Able to inspire and lead others to achieve challenging results.
