Data process – Executes transactions such as processing bills, analysis of data, responding to queries on mail, interacting with vendors for order management.
Voice process-Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the laws regarding telesales applicable in that specific location in order to meet SLA targets.

updated resume & Carry any 2 photo Identity proof.
All original education documents needs to be available.(10th,12th,Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM Provisional &Original Degree)

Pointers to note:
Original Government ID card is must.
Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy.
need to produce valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have travelled between states despite being dual vaccinated
