Job Summary:
The IT Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to meet customer needs, and responsible for customer relationships across their span of control. The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the relationships with their customers
Major Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Review customers statement of work, plan and be responsible for the delivery.
· Experience on software product, development and releases will be beneficial
· Experience of delivering software projects using TDD and Dev Ops practices
· Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
· Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
· Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
· Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
· Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
· Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
· Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
· Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
· Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
· Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates.
· Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
· Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
· Develop scope and budget for delivery projects
· Report delivery status to customers and senior management
Job Requirements:
Education:
A degree in Computer Science and/or IT business management
Experience:
· 8+ years in a corporate IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs
· Significant experience in a customer service role and business management role
· Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
· Experience managing external vendors, commercial negotiations
· Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
· Proven delivery excellence ideally using Agile
· Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams
· Digital marketing technology stack experience
Certification Requirements:
· Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Business Analysis and Project Assurance would be beneficial to performing this role
· Scrum Master Certification will be add on

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,622,788.22 per year
