Hiring Solutions Architect at ISG !!!
Experience : 12 to 20 yrs
Skills:
1. 12 -20 years of experience in technology, preferably with experience in leading design and architecture assignments portfolios. Minimum of 5+ years in a solution / application / technical architect role
2. Should have managed the end-to-end lifecycles of a project in a solution architect or a technology architecture / lead capacity.
3. Experience in pre-sales & end to end handling of RFPs with responsibilities for Solution Architecture, Innovation & technology consulting.
4. Sound knowledge of technology landscape and design concepts. Expected to be up-to date on different technology stacks used in the market in the last 10/15 years and emerging technologies.
5. Should be able to liaison with horizontal teams to present a complete business / application / data / technology & infrastructure (software + server + network) view to the customer.
6. Should be aware of C4 / BPMN / UML and other software modelling principles and techniques.
7. Knowledge of TOGAF/ ATAM is an advantage.
8. Experience in presenting ideas, products, concept papers to varied audiences.
9. Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, and recommendations to senior business leaders
10. Experience in Payments Domain
11. Sound knowledge of Software Development Practices, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and Project management / Product development lifecycle.
12. Flexible and willing to embrace change and contribute to a culture that promotes innovation.
13. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders including executive and CXO teams.
14. Passion for technology and a customer- centric mindset.
Role & Responsiblities:
1. Solution consulting in pre-sales activities & product road map discussions.
2. Peer interactions with key customer stakeholders in their technology organizations.
3. Provide vision, leadership, and governance with respect to Solution Architecture Best Practices.
4. Ensure the customer solutions are inline with the company product road map. And give inputs to product owners to enhance solution road maps based on customer interactions.
5. Troubleshoot technology and solution problems that come up during program / project implementations related to core solutioning issues to give long term resolutions.
6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed during the solutioning phases.
7. As a senior-level employee, provide big-picture assistance to the organization and manage all aspects of related projects to ensure alignment of the overall program with strategic business objectives.
8. Coach project managers and team leaders.
9. Ensures adherence to architecture standards.
10. Alignment of Solution Architects in IT practices with enterprise initiatives globally
11. Manage the development of technology cycle plans for the ISG customers concentrating on technologies and components that the company has considered to be declining and/or end of life also responsible for identifying the impact of these technologies on the portfolio.
Manage vendor relationships as it pertains to technical architecture including supporting product evaluations and acquisitions, integration, support agreements, and issue resolution. May interact with agency and/or consultants for technical support and communication of future requirements. Represents the Company to the industry within domain of responsibility.
Key Accountables:
1. Customer interaction, RFP & RFI Response management. Develop draft milestone plans with budgetary information and resource needs.
2. Create Technology Solution & present integrated views of how ISG Products can help customers.
3. Develop solution artifacts for Business / Application / Data / Technology & Infrastructure architectures. And ensure inclusion of program / project milestones to deliver the same.
4. Review of architecture assessments with customer teams and participation in peer groups at customer sites.
5. Designing, modifying, and testing solution and technology architecture for ISG customer
6. Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.
7. Communicate program & project objectives to all teams involved.
8. Keep oversight on the requirements documents & change management w.r.t customer solutions. Help in estimation & solution development in case of customizations required.
9. Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
10. Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have and prepare plan of action.
11. Provide updates to stakeholders on technology risks and mitigation.
12. Participate and give critical inputs to product roadmaps based on customer interactions and account strategy.
