Provide Administrative support to Regional IT team and IT coordinators and end users from locations by Remotet
Configuration of Laptops and Desktops with Windows and Mac
Provided technical support for hardware/software configurations and applications
Administered and supported local/LAN printers
Troubleshooting for MS Outlok and O365
Assist for VPN, Wi-Fi, and Installation
Support for Archive or mail backup to end user
Assisted in deploying VPN rollout
Support for Backup Related Issues
Responsible for coaching users and new team members
