Brief Job Description:
Our BI & Analytics practice has grown significantly in the areas of Analytics Solutioning, Oracle Analytics product deployments, and Control Towers. We are looking for dynamic talent to join our practice and help take it to the next level.
Job Requirements
This Senior Architect level position will be responsible for defining, positioning, and building or implementing Analytics solutions for a diverse set of our clients from several verticals. These verticals include High Tech, Industrial Mfg., CPG, Oil & Gas and Healthcare.
This position requires an extensive background in any of the following areas,

• Functional Domain expertise in at least one domain – (ERP /SCM / HCM / CRM)
• Technical Domain expertise with Oracle Fusion (preferable) – (ERP / SCM / HCM / CRM)
• Proven leadership skills with delivering successful Analytics solutions
• Familiarity with Oracle Analytics products (must have) – (OBIA / TI / ASCP / FAW / NSAW)
• Familiarity with Big Data and Advanced analytics (preferable)
• Knowledge of current Analytic trends and proven ability to adapt

This senior role will be leading and advising projects that involve implementation of Oracle Analytics suite of products, or adopting the Inspirage Control Tower suite. The ability to position solutions, develop consensus and deliver projects on time and under budget will be considered core strengths
This is a high-visibility role that interacts with business development and other groups while focusing on the delivery of services and contributing to practice development activities.
Specific qualifications and activities for the role include the following:
Solution development and delivery

• Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services and customer satisfaction
• Advise multiple projects on overall solution architecture and product-specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients.
• Develop referenceable clients
• Demonstrate ability to manage both Fixed Price and T&M engagements successfully
• Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate
• Execute projects where analytics products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution

Pre-sales support

• Position solutions developed by Inspirage in the sales cycles
• Demonstrate analytics suite of products as needed
• Participate in calls with prospects, Oracle Business development and other staff to support sales cycles

Practice development

• Conduct training session/s on product configurations, CRM concepts for others in the team
• Develop Inspirage Enterprise Control Tower solutions
• Contribute to Inspirage marketing efforts; participate in webinars, write blogs, provide content from Analytics products and in general Analytics space
• Interact with Architects from other groups and collaborate
• Drive conformance to standard accepted Inspirage practices on document archival, code archival, re-use of artifacts, usage of Inspirage standard methodology and documentation etc.
• Lead development of PaaS solutions where we see significant product gaps in Oracle products
• Help recruiting efforts
