Experience – 1-3years of experience with good academic record for long term prospect

Job description:

• Candidates with 1- 3years’ experience in Desktop Support Engineer
• Good knowledge and experience in Troubleshooting, Hardware, Software, OS, LAN , WAN
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
• Resolving issues through remote and Voice support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
• Work location: Kolkata

Required Skills:
Experience in Active Directory, MS Outlook, Trouble shooting, OS, Printer configuration, Knowledge of MS Team room Devices, Office365
