We are looking for leaders who can do project management, business analysis, and technology implementation to ensure top-notch services are delivered to the client.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading project teams, directing the team for resolving complex critical issues, track KPIs to ensure compliance
Be the first line of defense and manage customer escalations
Align with customer stakeholders and INRY’s development to drive customer roadmaps
Act as an SME / Trusted advisor to convert customer business requirements into technical outcomes/deliverables
Lead a team working on multiple projects supporting customers in North America with a keen eye on project scope and budget
Drive efficiencies by continuously improving INRY’s delivery framework and processes
You will be supported by:
Strong delivery team who continuously demonstrates high-quality implementations
Product and Customer Success teams designed to ensure success during customer journey at INRY.
Solid project delivery methodology, automated on INRY’s instance of ServiceNow and very well supported by HR, finance, and operations teams.

Strong alignment with ServiceNow and other strategic partners
Job requirements:
10+ years of experience in portfolio/program management working with high performing teams
Hands-on implementation experience in any one of the areas like ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CDSM, ITAM, GRC, Discovery, CMDB, etc.
Experience in any IT Service Management tool like ServiceNow.
5+ years of experience in ITIL processes. ITIL Foundation certification a plus
Experience designing and developing service capabilities, managing/delivering service portfolios
A great attitude with being able to adapt quickly to INRY culture and hit the ground running
Comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders and giving presentations
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels with technical and non-technical audiences
Strong people management skills, ready to coach and mentor the team for consulting roles
Ability to present technical and services business concepts in a comprehensive and concise manner
Willingness to work in multi-disciplinary projects to drive enterprise work modernization
