Intel IT team is seeking an IT software development technical lead to drive the solution transformation of Intel’s Customer data pipeline, providing a consistent view of customers, integrated across multiple key platforms, to accelerate business decisions and provide end to end experiences across Sales and Marketing. This role will require experience working in the architecture design for modern software development lifecycles for registration, access, and entitlement to identity profile solutions. To ensure the processes and products are implemented and built to integrate at scale for the management of the customer lifecycle across contact, identity, and account relationship and deliver data services to enable a rich customer profile. As IT s technical lead in this domain you influence the design strategy, execution outcomes, direction of capability roadmaps directly aligned to business vision and transformational value for the corporation. The successful candidate will influence multiple Agile development teams, providing leadership and aligning solution dependencies to ensure an end to end account and contact connected platform.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead and participate in defining business outcomes and technical solution design sessions.
Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and adjacent technical teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance, policies, and procedures are in place to support the application environment.
Strong software logic design, ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met
Must have development and coding experience working in agile coding methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication to report QA plans with 100 percent coverage and status (metrics) to management and stakeholders
Execute proof of concept design innovations to explore solution options.
Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications.
Work with cross functional team members in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that meet user requirements
Implement solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, integrations with back-office systems often using middleware tools and complex data migrations.
Design and implement APIs and web based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services etc
Lead development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment, often guiding other team members
Seek out ways to utilize reference architecture solutions to improve processes and productivity while making recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
Subject matter expert for development and support of provided solutions
Ensure team follows best practices when designing, programming or documenting solutions. This includes creating standards and documentation and leveraging processes to ensure all development staff follow the same.
Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.
Participate in all phases of solution lifecycle delivery including identifying or defining a need, designing solutions, constructing the chosen solution, validating, or implementing or supporting the solution by utilization of an Agile delivery model
Provide daily support of solution implementations
The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, software testing techniques, testing methodologies and framework, with strong coding or scripting practices demonstrated, as test automation maturity runs in parallel to developing code at gated check-in.
Strong software logic design, analytical or analysis to problem solving skills
Domain knowledge in application integration and technologies
Ability to learn and adapt new technologies with a growth and innovation mindset
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Excellent team player and ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, independently and as a part of a team.
Qualifications
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field.
10+ years’ experience as an application developer or software engineer with history of launching and developing enterprise applications and 6+ years of salesforce.com experience with minimum of 2 years of Lightning development experience.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming language like Java, C#, Javascript, R, Swift, objective-C, JSON, Ruby
Experience in integrating salesforce.com with Adobe Experience Manager and other custom applications a plus
Development experience with the salesforce.com toolkit e.g., Visual force, Apex, Force.com, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, Salesforce Lightning, etc.
Experience working with Azure Identity and Active Directory, Sailpoint Cloud Governance, MuleSoft integrations and APIs
Experience with Agile development and Dev-ops practices.Knowledge of SAFe methodology is desired.
Salesforce.com administrator and or developer certification is a plus
