• 5-6 years experience in the field of Windows Servers and IT infrastructure/system admin.
• Certifications such as MCTS, MCSA, AWS, GCP
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Must be a team player with the quality of ownership and accountability to drive IT tasks independently
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with end-users, peers, senior management, vendors

and team members in different geo locations

• Strong hand on experience in Windows Servers operating system and hardware. patch management

tools, Antivirus, Microsoft Azure, DNS systems

• Should have experience in configuring OneDrive / enterprise cloud drive for data storage
• Microsoft: ActiveDirectory, Azure, Cloud system management, DHCP, DNS, office365.
• Monthly KPI Slides preparation for License management for Microsoft
• Basic knowledge of mail server technologies (Exchange Server, Office365, Gmail
• Knowledge in Windows Domain, Web-based applications, and site management like A records, and DNS.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend IT solutions to regional management and IS Corp management as

per Corp Policies

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills on Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Tablets, Mobile, and AV devices
• Strong technical working experience on Server Storage (DellIBMHPLenovo)
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Network support, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, voice, network security, and Web conferencing
• Technology knowledge on firewalls, routers, switches, and communication links (MPLS, ILL, ADSL)
• Understanding to implement Corp security standards, configuration, and policies on IT infrastructure
• Respond in a timely manner for support, services, security and breakdown-related issues and requests
• Perform daily checklist tasks for hardware and software, the health of systems, technical documentation,

performance monitoring and systems availability

• Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD

Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Unit

• Management of IT Assets, Compliances, and all other IT requirements as per the need of the

organization.

• Hands-on experience with MAC OS
