You will be joining INTO Delhi as part of INTO’s Global TechHub Support Team, which in turn is part of the IT Operations Team.
The IT Operations team is divided into 3 key areas: IT Support Services, IS Infrastructure, and IT Security.
You will work alongside your 7 colleagues providing 1st, 2nd line IT Support across hardware, software, and service platforms.
In addition, you’ll also support maintaining IT security across the IT estate as directed by the security team, while also fulfilling service requests set out in the request catalogue.
You’ll get to build strong relationships, working with your global colleagues in other IT departments, and supporting their IT requirements.
Some of your day to day:
Work with TechHub colleagues to provide 1st line technical support to all INTO staff across the globe, as well as provide local support within the New Delhi office.
Act as the first contact for all hardware, software, service, and other IT related issues.
Provide 1st & 2nd line troubleshooting & remediation for the network environments in company offices and local University Access Centres (UACs).
Log Service Desk tickets, provide status updates to users, and escalate as appropriate to other team members. Ensure tickets are resolved and responded to within agreed
SLA targets as set out by the IT Services Support Manager.
Provide clear and easily understood communications to customers and stakeholders.
Provide hardware and software support on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices covering Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android operating systems.
Carry out account creation and termination across all INTO systems for all new, leaving or changing staff following the agreed processes.
Assist with the induction and training process of new and existing staff.
For new workspaces, ensure that data points and power points are available to staff and install new equipment.
Carry out the agreed purchase process for new equipment across the globe, ensuring equipment is configured and shipped to users as required.
Work on IUP IT projects as requested by the IT Services Support Manager (this may include travel to other INTO offices).
