Inventure HR Consultants LLP Looking for Sr. Executive/ Executive- IT at Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, SQL Data administration, Active Directory configurations etc.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across PAN India (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Setting up Email accounts for new users (Google)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technology
• Logging and processing support calls.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in.
• Solving password problems.
• Investigating, Diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintaining records of software licences.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• ERP exposure essential. Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be added advantage.
• A technical, logical thought process.
• Problem-solving skills.
• An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
• Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with PAN India staff
• Patience & A logical mind.
• Enthusiasm for continual learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per month
