HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible from offering to closing (joining) a candidate. (End to end Recruitment cycle).
· Acknowledgment email with the job description to the candidates after speaking with them.
· Scheduling interviews, following up with them and sending feedback to the manager.
· Daily and weekly Follow up, Maintaining Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
· Maintaining own database.
· Maintain, offer tracker and interview tracker.
Operation (Shall be trained)
· On-Boarding, Induction & Training
· Leave Management, Attendance & Payroll Assistance
· Quarterly Reviews, Counselling & Employee Appraisals
· Employee Engagement & Personal Record Management
· Handling Interpersonal & Departmental Disputes
· Employee Retention, Exit Interviews & formalities
· Form & Govern Organization Rules, Regulations & Policies
Mandatory skills:
· Good communication skills (writing and speaking English).
· Understanding of Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PPT Good Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
· Smart communicator and quick learner Individual should be Passionate about adapting to new things.
