Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our IT Service Excellence team as an IT Change Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing changes to the company’s IT systems, processes, and infrastructure in a controlled and efficient manner.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
Coordinate and manage the change management process for IT-related changes
Evaluate change requests to determine impact on existing systems and processes
Facilitate change advisory board meetings and maintain change calendar
Develop and maintain change management policies and procedures
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure changes meet business requirements
Ensure all changes are properly documented, tested, and approved prior to implementation
Monitor changes post-implementation to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
Qualifications
Education / professional qualifications
ITIL Service management certification
IT/Computer related Degree would be an advantage
Background experience
Knowledge of ITIL framework and change management processes
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Company, product and market knowledge
Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or BPO organisation with complex processing requirements preferred but not essential
Multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment
Possess the skills and the personality to operate effectively in a very fast-paced complex global business with an in-depth knowledge of program management
Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form, with staff members, customers, suppliers, and the management team with the ability to make decisions, act and get results
Ability to solve problems either independently or by utilising other members of the team where necessary
Languages
Fully proficient spoken and written English, additional European languages will be an asset
