Responsibilities:
Ensure the SLA for IQM services with a high-availability system design and production-monitoring plan.

Monitor and provide timely response to system alerts.

Escalate issues to respective teams whenever needed.

Participate in the on-call whenever needed.

Requirements

Analytical skills to understand situation using logs and debug issues.

Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL-based) server understanding for debugging and resolving system/application issues.

Ability to manage, troubleshoot issues using MySQL or PostgreSQL databases queries.

Basic understanding of observability tools such as DataDog mandatory.

Basic understanding of HTTP REST APIs is a plus.

Should be able to work during US hours.
