First and foremost, someone who is familiar with the digital marketing world as well as a bit of the web/app/software world(ideal)
Someone who is passionate about Sales and Client Relations and willing to continue and grow in this domain.
Someone who has a way with the prospects and customers without bugging them. Who enjoys conversations and enjoys listening more than talking.
Someone who has a flair for preparing neat presentations and contracts and is equally smooth in delivering and walking them through to prospects and existing customers.
Someone who is updated with the latest trends and constantly learning by keeping eyes and ears open.
Responsibilities:
PART A- SALES/GROWTH
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, including developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to achieve revenue and sales numbers
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, target markets, and customer needs, and develop sales strategies to capture new business.
Collaborate with internal teams, including digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators, to prepare digital marketing proposals
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
Collaborate with senior management to develop sales targets, budgets, and forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, client retention, and market trends.
PART B- REVENUE/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Build relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
Work as a conduit between the operations team and customer and identify any early issues and resolve them.
Ensuring invoicing is accurate and timely and there are no payment issues from the client end. Raise alarms on any deviations and take early actions.
Conduct QAR, NPS, and CSAT surveys with clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Degrees are secondary if you have what it takes to deliver for this role.
