IT Helpdesk Sales & Services Looking for IT Technician at Kalkaji Devi, Delhi Full Time

As an IT Technician, you have to work on Support Tickets that include both hardware and software issues, via phone calls, email, and online remote support. In 50% of the cases, you may also be asked to lift the laptops, and desktops, and travel to our other branch offices to resolve the issues.

You should be well versed with Windows 10 & Windows 11

1) Sophos Antivirus

2) Installing, Troubleshooting, and Maintaining Windows 10

3) Diagnosing Hardware issues and finding the alternate to ensure quick back up

4) Should be good with Laptop Screen Change, Laptop Fan change, Desktop Motherboard change, LAN wiring, IP address etc

5) Should be good with Email Support, identifying working and non working resources, maintaining data in excel, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,086.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
