Role & Responsibilities:
The candidate should independently handle the entire recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, target hunting, and initial interviewing to final placement.
Searching on job portals like Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.
Negotiating & finalizing rates on per hour basis for W2, Corp-Corp candidates.
Experience working with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, and EAD, TN permit holders.
Scheduling Interview, status reporting. Submitting consultant directly to Account Managers.
Candidates Requirement:
4-8 years of work experience.
Good written and verbal English communication skills to suit US
Comfortable dealing directly with US candidates
Systematic, hardworking and ability to multitask on a regular basis
Confidence to work independently and a good team player
Should be comfortable working in EST time zone
Graduate from a recognized university(preferred)
