1.Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
2.Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
3.Identifying hardware and software solutions.
4.Supporting the roll-out of new features in application
5.Educate & Give demo to customers on the features of company products/services to minimize technical challenges
6. Produce periodic reports of technical support operations to company management.
7. Helping users if they face problems in using software
8. Coordinate with users & IT team to resolve customer queries & complaints
9. Ensuring Users are retained & usage of software by user is 100%.
Requirement:
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
CTC – 1.5 to 2.0L
