You will part of our global IT organization and will be joining a global, leading technology, remote support team responsible for resolving complex issues every day for internal customers. Itron IT provides support for all internal systems and applications issues in Itron. IT Operations team is responsible for providing remote support, including end-user support, business systems (e.g. Oracle EBS, Salesforce), Collaboration tools and systems, networking and systems management among many other technical services. Qualification / Skills Requirements:
Should have minimum 6 years of experience working with Oracle EBS environment in techno functional role.
Should have experience working on Oracle R12 environment.
Oracle applications certifications is desired.
Experience in providing Production Support, analyzing and resolving techno-functional issues in Oracle EBS environment in timely manner.
Experience working with Oracle’s customer support i.e. logging Support request to Oracle, browsing and leveraging Oracle’s knowledgebase
Should be aware of all the Key Setups and able to configure the AR, AP, GL, FA and Cash Management, iExpense Modules independently
Should be able to execute setup and configuration changes and independently for various applications in Oracle Financials AR, AP, GL, FA, Cash management & iExpense modules
Good functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management modules
Strong in Oracle Apps knowhow (including knowledge of application tables, views and reports, common foundation technology (FND) and OA Framework.
Strong working knowledge on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions & Extensions).
Should have experience in writing MD70 Technical Design Docs & MD120 Code Migration doc clearly by referring MD50 Functional Design Doc.
Should be hands on with the Technical skills – PL/ SQL, Workflows, OAF, Oracle Alerts, XML Publisher, Forms personalization, UNIX shell scripts, AOL objects, SQL Loader.
Should have experience with Oracle G/L period, quarter, year-end reconciliation and closing process.
Implementation background in Oracle eBusiness R12 Financial Applications
Ability to configure workflows is a plus.
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Oracle fusion applications will be value add.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional and Technical issues of simple, complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a technical and functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by Itron employees and users of Oracle eBusiness suite.
As Techno-functional Support Professional, you will perform functional, technical and maintenance activities to include but not limited to the following:
Responding to functional assistance incidents from the business users, problem analysis and change implementation.
Provide Route Cause Analysis (RCA) to the recurring problems and resolution.
Ability to debug the system for issues reported and provide clarity/work around to business users on the fix / gap identified.
Contribute to building knowledge base for issue resolution and commonly asked questions/issues.
Build automation and scripts to proactively identify issues, job failures and resolving those.
Identify/modify standard/custom reports that are needed to produce Statutory, Management, Reconciliation reports and others.
Develop/maintain interfaces from/to (but not limited to) Oracle General Ledger, Account Payable and Account Receivables.
Monitor and build dashboard of jobs, scripts that run regularly
Create ad hoc reports as per the service requirements.
Create, test and implement code changes and integrate them with existing programs as needed.
Provide timely and effective reporting/updates on status of work being done for Incidents, Service Requests and change implementation.
Working with the super users to resolve all issues for the reported incidents. Research the issues on Metalink/Oracle Support site and Open the TAR/SAR with Oracle for critical issues.
Implement various improvised processes to prevent user errors and stabilizing the system.
Set up value sets, key flex fields, descriptive flex fields, concurrent program, printers, function, menus, responsibility, users.
Work in different shift timings.
Education: BE, BTech, MCA MBA, MCom or equivalent from recognized University. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
