Qualifications: Diploma Engineer/Any Graduate with approximately 2 years of experience in IT domain

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Technical Assistant to join our IT team at Bina, MP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with the deployment, installation, and configuration of hardware and software.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support for both internal and external customers

• Install and configure hardware and software systems.

• Monitor and maintain systems to ensure that they are running efficiently.

• Provide training on the use of hardware and software systems.

• Maintain records of equipment, licenses, and other IT-related assets.

• Assist in the development of IT policies, procedures, and standards.

• Monitor system performance and security and make recommendations for improvements.

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of networks.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies. Requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
