Mission:
Candidate Will Focus On Planning and Executing Field Marketing Programs that Drive Pipeline Generation Conversion and Support Revenue Goals.
He/ She Will have Responsibility to Support Corporate Marketing to Ensure the Programs they Run In/for India operations of KDDI & are Aligned to the Business Needs , Especially the Sales Strategy and Objectives.
Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities
Manage New Campaign Development Process
Develop campaign with a strong point of difference, from initial concept to final production
Work closely with the cross functional teams to develop narratives, and success metrics and provide meaningful and relevant feedback
Liaise with cross functional teams in support of on-time execution, Identify emerging technologies and trends and find ways to align to campaign themes
Handle all incoming requests for marketing and campaign related information
Tracks and follow-up of all projects and provide status updates regularly to the Reporting Manager Conduct Comprehensive Competitive Analyses:
Research and track market trends/brands on an on-going basis; Utilize various market Research databases to compile competitive analyses; share out summaries and key findings to wider team
Compute Marketing forecasting scientifically and apprise the Reporting Manager –Monthly / Weekly / Daily
Communicate to the concerned stakeholders with an interpretation and executive summary , Accurate reporting of Marketing Activities on a weekly basis
Continuously apprise the Reporting Manager on areas of concern, Continue and Develop the Existing Partnership Management regularly on a YOY Basis, Basic Website Management in terms of upload of content on Website, Design quality dashboards and share with concerned stakeholders to enhance the organizational awareness of the employees. Web marketing Activities wrt-manage Google Ads and SNS such as LinkedIn, -Make and modify HTML contents
Single point of contact (SPOC) for the following internal coordination with Procurement, Engineering / Pre-Sales, Sales & Finance : for Related activities

Based in Gurgaon you will work with OEM’s to develop a best-in-class ecosystem of marketing campaigns, drive and ensure customer success, engagement and loyalty in key accounts across India
Seamless Marketing Activities & Real time support to the reporting manager
Ability to set priorities and maintain organization as well as successfully drive others to complete priorities
High standard analytical reports with inferences and summary being submitted to the reporting manager on pre-decided time intervals
creative and analytical skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity ,Attain high levels of customer satisfaction ,You will define the solutions focus areas, strategic direction, marketing and demand generation needs to create pipeline, Own the Enterprise Go-to-Market Strategy and drive Pipeline Targets, lead funnel, and Conversion metrics in Sync with the Organization Goals
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s business, including sales history, white-space analysis, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and top go-to partners, focused on actionable and measurable demand generation initiatives that align to pipeline targets, quarterly budgets and overall business goals
Develop relationships with leaders and Partner counterparts at key Partners to Ensure that KDDI solution is well positioned and our initiatives are mutually supported & maximized
Advise the KDDI Management on demand generation hub as you develop, plan, execute, and measure supporting, highly impactful demand generation and marketing campaigns for KDDI
Work closely with Sales teams on campaigns and activities and track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales resources are following up on marketing in a timely manner
Manage Partner Marketing Development Funds and consult with Partners on marketing plans and programs with measurable targets
Establish clear goals and objectives, monitor and measure the success of on-going campaigns, events, programs, and joint marketing activities
Be process driven and analytical: developing, implementing and overseeing processes for lead/opportunity capture, routing, tracking and reporting

MBA Marketing or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing OR a Bachelor’s Degree
