· Working for International clients

· Sales and Delivery of Technical services and support for routers, Printers, and Extenders. Troubleshooting and resolving client Tech Issues related to computers, Routers, Printers, extenders, etc.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATION

· Fluent English and communication skills

· Graduate with at least one year of experience in technical sales

KEY ACTIVITIES

· Provide technical support to international customers remotely

· Providing technical support related to any of the routers, printers, and extenders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer-Related Peripherals and Issues.

· Troubleshooting or Fixing customer issues over the call related to Computer Software and hardware.

· Excellent Communication Skills required.

· Exceptional Problem solving and analyzing skills.

· The candidate should be Energetic and confident over the call.

· The tone of voice should be Clear and fluent in English.

Candidates from Computer Science or IT background preferred.
Any graduate with confidence and zeal to work in an international calling profile can apply.
Local Candidates preferred / Available in Mohali / Chandigarh

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Volunteer

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
