Job Description – IT, Infrastructure Manager

1. Provide end-user satisfaction strategy planning, vendor management

2. Manages and hires staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new team members

3. Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness as per Company’s need of Business

4. Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success

5. Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.

6. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

7. Ensure resource availability and allocation

8. Strongly monitor and report the overall progress and effectively manage people utilization; take corrective action/steps whenever necessary

9. Monitor TAT of supported services closely

10. Manage & mitigate escalations

11. Obtain feedback from users to improve quality of service delivery

Soft skills required

• Problem-solving/troubleshooting

• The ability to translate complex ideas for non-tech staff/customers

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
