About the role

JLL is looking for an IT Human Experience Coordinator to assist with and, where required, co-ordinate planning and execution of technology upgrade projects. This includes coordinating the efforts with international team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The coordinator will be able to work independently or with the Program Manager through the project initiation process, be responsible for project analysis/reporting and help to oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle, formal closure and review for each project. The coordinator will assist with technical support for JLLT’s Human Experience Technology and end user support.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, taking ownership from start to finish
Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members
Lead or support project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
Manage the project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions
Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team
Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systems
Provide high level remote support, engaging local resources and vendors where required
Conduct audits and analysis of a variety of data types and sources (i.e., project inventory, applications) for reporting
Provide backup support for Human Experience Technology supported by PMO
Manage governance documentation relevant to the Region
Purpose of the Role
Work under the direction of the Human Experience PMO Lead on various projects and ad-hoc exercises
Serve as SME of the Human Experience Technology to help triage and resolve support related issues with APAC user base

Experience & Education
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry with minimum 2 years in lead/ coordinator role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related studies
Managed at least 2 end to end projects in the past, following both Waterfall as well as Agile project execution models
Preferable to have moved from either functional or technical stream into project stream
Expert in MS office suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Projects
Technical Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer requests and translate and document them into application, operational, and reporting requirements
Good understanding of workplace infrastructure, corporate network topologies, audio visual, and unified communications
Ability to create Documentation. For example, creating end-user process documentation, basic training guides, process flows, document solutions, and regular status updates
Excellent attention to detail
Self-starter and motivator and ability to work in team and solo
Applicants must be able to build strong working relationships with a diverse user base, be effective team players and make positive contributions to team outcomes
Applicants are required to have, or be able to quickly obtain, an in-depth understanding of JLLT technology support processes
Flexibility in working during APAC time zone, afternoon shift (10 am 7pm) in Bangalore and occasional outside hours project work
