JD : –
1 Handling all front office activities including visitors and telephone calls
2. Handling couriers and deliveries
3. Handling overall office administration work.
4. Identifying vendors and sourcing quotations for purchases
5. Effectively coordinating with external vendors for purchase of supplies to ensure there is no disruption
6. Coordinating with IT vendors for equipment purchase and repairs.
7. Enforcing SOPs related to attendance and covid norms (Temperature, O2 etc)
8. Enforcing overall SOPs followed by the company
9. Ensuring cleanliness status in the office on daily basis, Housekeeping management and wear & tear
activities of Office like plumbing, electrical & other work.
10. Following up with candidates for the interviews and assisting the HR Manager in recruitment, issuing
Offer/Appointment/ Confirmation letter, document filing, employee engagement activities.
11. Maintaining Stationary, Equipment inventory and other records
12. Maintaining petty cash records
13. Collecting, filing and maintaining vendor and utility bills
