Managing End-to-End Recruitment Cycle Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Salary Negotiations, pre-selection Processes, Post Offer processes
Ensure individual deliverables are met with a key focus on the specified SLAs.
Mainly we are focusing on Salary discussion and Documentation Experience.
Develop strong and positive relationships with designated business stakeholders, hiring managers, and Client contacts.
