What you will do :
Lead and manage internal and external technical delivery resources for all project workstreams
Work close with stakeholders to plan application delivery activities including review business requirements, scoping, creation of resource, duration, and cost estimation
Use your technical expertise to complete technical feasibility study, define solution, application design, build, integrate with Salesforce CRM, test, and deploy activities on-time, within budget, and with high quality
Provide technical leadership and innovation across the solution development
Collaborate with global marketing stakeholders to drive the enterprise initiatives
Liaise with Platform Architect to validate solution proposals
Liaise with CoE Architects to align solution to the Marketing Technology Reference architecture
Lead and set standards for technical reviews, peer reviews, and feedback cycles
Work with Project Manager to define project plan (e.g., project delivery tasks, milestones) and coordinate the alignment of dependencies within the project
Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects in alignment with technical and business requirements
Mitigate technical risks and resolve technical issues associated with application delivery
Provide status updates around workstream scope, resources, deliverables, and timelines to the Project Manager on an agreed schedule
Prepare work and resource plans for each phase of the workstream
Drive benefit realization and delivery of intended results in partnership with the IT business partner and project sponsor
Verify with Business Partners, Operations, and Information Security that the solution meets quality and performance requirements
Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate options for solutions and services ensuring external requirements and features are incorporated into solution designs
Drive adoption of Lean Agile practices, Systems Thinking, and Continuous Improvement
Leverage waterfall, hybrid, and Agile methodologies as required to deliver applications
Manage resolution of interpersonal conflicts and issues to keep team focused on delivery to objectives
Support management of the requirements backlog and foster focus on highest priorities
Foster a culture of technical discipline, craftsmanship, innovation, transparency, and collaboration
Communicate with management and outside stakeholders to limit any uncontrolled expansion of work
Manage team performance metrics (e.g., burndown chart, velocity, capacity) in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
Hold accountability for team’s commitments, and in cases of failure, communicate failure points, repercussions, and next steps to the ART
Qualifications:
Extensive experience defining and delivering enterprise Digital Marketing solutions
Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, master data management and marketing reference architecture
Minimum of 5 – 8 years hands-on Digital Marketing working experience, inclusive of:
Delivery of large-scale Websites and management of complex, multi-regional Web development teams (specifically Sitecore SXA )
Delivery of Marketing Automation platforms such as Pardot
Knowledge of Marketing Resource and DAM platforms (specifically Aprimo)
Knowledge of Marketing Analytics platforms (e.g. Salesforce Tableau, Power BI, Datorama, Informatica MDM, Entytle)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant business management field, or equivalent combination of education, training & experience
Certified Salesforce System or equivalent in other enterprise digital marketing platforms is desirable

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Able to effectively develop and deliver materials that are appropriate for the audience
Experience with Azure DevOps Experience in managing application development using established software development lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, and Agile)
Strong experience in the following business process areas: Campaign Management, Lead/Prospect management, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, Partner/Channel Management
Industry experience in Manufacturing is desirable
