This role will manage Technology Solutions employees who will create teams of Technology Services resources (Internal and External) to execute against business partner strategic roadmaps and key programs designed to deliver shared business outcomes. This individual will serve as an advocate within Technology Services for their respective business partners and will work with peer Technology Services Engagement Managers to gain a holistic, cross-sector view and create, grow, extend and prioritize technology solutions that most efficiently and effectively achieve these goals. In addition, this individual will work with Technology Solution Leads and Engineers to continuously critically evaluate technology capabilities to determine value and will work with the Director, Technology Solutions Engagement to make decisions about further investment based on business needs.

Ability to effectively engage with a cross-section of colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Outstanding relationship and communication skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
Understanding of and experience with developing digital solutions in a highly regulated environment.
Leadership capabilities and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively assimilate team working with or by direction of the Director, Technology Solutions Engagement. Ability to recognize and lead the resolution of project issues and roadblocks.
Ability to work independently and influence without formal authority as needed.
Experience and ability to manage projects aligned to a sector specific value stream.
Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as Agile methodology.
Experience working with operations, infrastructure, call center and end user teams to achieve the goals of the sectors.
Some experience with customer relationships and prior experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience working with external partners to bring products/services to market strongly desired.
Must be able to motivate and inspire people and make tough decisions when necessary in a timely manner. Strong organizational/project management skills.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
Required Years of Related Experience:
Business Experience: Minimum 8 years of Business Experience, 3-5 years of relevant Information Technology leadership experience
Technical Experience: Worked on mobile app developmen – building standalone applications
