Ensure that end user experience is always at desired levels by providing day to day support on all IT related matters and interactions or incidents from service or help desk portal to enable optimal productivity and efficiency in day-to-day operations for penguins in the local company. Further the position will manage all report requirements using Power BI / Power Apps and other Office365 tools to support business.
Ensure that all local IT infrastructure are up to Group IT standards and compliant to Group IT Security policies to ensure that there are no disruptions to local business from a technology perspective by conducting regular assessments and audits.
Gradutate / Computer engineering with IT as main background, having minimum 5-7 years work experience in IT desktop support activities and report develpoing activities. Should be capable of managing a manufacturing unit’s IT requirements.
Should have sound knowledge on Office 365 Products (One Drive, sharepoint and MS outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc., )
Ability to understand users / department requirement and develop tailor made reports using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and other useful tools.
Knowledge on Windows 10 & 11
Knowledge on Powerbi tools, & Power Apps
Knowledge on Microsoft TEAMS
Knowledge of basic networking, routing.
Troubleshooting of hardware issues in laptops /desktop and Printers.
