Candidate Background:

Past Experience – Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as Technical Writer/ Product Documentation role.

Qualification – Graduate (Minimum)

Skills

• Strong document drafting skills
• Presentation Skills

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Organize and write documents for products i.e. User Manual, SOP, Guidelines etc.
• Create UAT cases
• Technical documents like HLD, DLD, flowcharts etc
• Should work on wireframes to create screens
• Use images, drawings, diagrams etc. that increase users understanding
• Update documents for new functionality

Operational Tasks:

• Prepare SRS, User manuals & CR documents under BA guidance
• Prepare UAT cases
• Provide run through of documents to the internal teams

Location : Thane/ Mumbai
