KD Network Solutions is looking for a fast learning Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team.
KD Network Solutions provides technical support and back office support to hundreds of international clients. We have had steady growth, and the future growth looks very good.
This position is located in Jandiala Guru, Amritsar Punjab and is a night shift position only to start with. Your schedule may change depending on client requirements.

At the moment we have an opening for an Helpdesk Technician to join our team.
We are looking for someone with education in the I.T. field and any experience would be a bonus.
You will be responsible for resolving issues that come in by Email, Phone call, or through our ticketing system. You will be provided training and support from network engineers overseas to help get used to the flow of work.

Skills:
– Windows 7/10
– Active Directory
– Exchange Server
– Email setup and configuration- on outlook clients, mobile phones
– Voice over IP knowledge- 75% of this position is for voice over IP support on PBX’s
– VPN knowledge
– Routing basics
– Mikrotik knowledge would put you above other candidates
– Troubleshooting connectivity issues
Our international clients service many different industries. You will become familiar with different software used.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
