Coordinating with management to schedule interviews with candidates who have been selected as finalists for a position
Reviewing resumes and determining which candidates are most qualified for a job opening based on their experience and education
Participating in interviews with candidates along with hiring managers in order to assess candidates’ qualifications, personality, and culture fit with the company
Conducting reference checks to verify candidate credentials and work history
Communicating with hiring managers throughout the hiring process to ensure that all parties are aware of progress and deadlines
Conducting initial interviews with job applicants to assess their interest in the position and fit with the company culture
Recommending hiring decisions based on results of assessments and other input from hiring managers and human resources staff
Preparing offers and negotiating salary, benefits, and other terms of employment on behalf of the company
