Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements, qualifications, and skill sets for non-IT positions.
● Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
● Utilise various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to source and identify qualified candidates.
● Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
● Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
● Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
● Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
● Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● *Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition(NON-IT), preferably in Bulk Hiring and Niche Hiring for non-IT profiles.
● Familiarity with various sourcing strategies and recruitment channels.
● Strong understanding of non-IT job roles and industry requirements.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
● Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
● Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
● Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
