Job Description:
The IT Product Sales Manager should be knowledgeable in Capital Market products specifically clearing and settlement systems that streamline post-trade processing across various markets, currencies, asset classes, and business entities.
The IT Product Sales Manager should be knowledgeable in wealth management, and portfolio management and have end-to-end Integrated front, middle, and back office solutions for the wealth suite and PMS suite
Developing and executing sales strategies: The IT Product Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Managing sales team: The IT Product Sales Manager is responsible for managing a sales team and providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure that the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Identifying market opportunities: The IT Product Sales Manager identifies market opportunities, such as new products or services, and works with the product development team to ensure that the organization is well-positioned to capitalize on these opportunities.
Building relationships with clients: The IT Product Sales Manager builds and maintains relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
Developing pricing strategies: The IT Product Sales Manager works with the pricing team to develop pricing strategies that are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Forecasting sales and revenue: The IT Product Sales Manager is responsible for forecasting sales and revenue, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders, and making recommendations for adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.
Collaborating with internal teams: The IT Product Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the organization’s overall strategy and goals.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends: The IT Product Sales Manager stays up-to-date on industry trends and developments, monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for the organization to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualification:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in handling IT product sales in Banking / Wealth Management / Securities Market / Stock Broking firms
